Re: carburetor Datsun Bluebird
Here are two more choices if Recarbco doesn't help. Guaranteed Carbs. 1-800-250-8746 or www.importcarbs.com and Carburetor1 1-888-777-8208 or www.carburetor1.com. I have had good luck with both of these places for hard to find stuff. Good Luck.

However, under harsh conditions such as prolonged period of chilly, wet weather, or snow & cold, or when ice coats most of the wild berries, bluebirds will benefit from receiving feeder food. Meal worms, suet, sunflower hearts, softened fruits, and cornmeal muffins can all be fed to bluebirds.
Bluebirds will eat the following offerings at feeders: Mealworms, suet dough, fruit, and sunflower bits. They will also consume eggshell bits during spring and summer when the females especially need extra calcium for egg production.
You really need a manual to do this job. I can tear any thing down. But I have to have torque specs and sequence, plus timing alignment. Both are critical. Just a note.. Since it is a 94. If you have really high mileage, doing a head job, may blow out the piston rings. Just wasted money.

you have idle surge, (aka hunt) the ECU controls idle at all times. there are 10 or 2o things that can cause surge. many tests. are you up for tests and buying tools, or just want a wild guess>? 1: EGR mains stuck open. 2: ISC stick (electric idle valve) 3: TPS switch ,not closed, at idle (that kills idle controls dead 4: lean AFR. and ISC has lost control or makes it hunt. 5: intake air leaks. 6: ECU in limphome. the USA cars (no location stated, bad) all usa cars have OBD2 this year, ever use a $7 scan tool yet? CEL stuck on running. never pulled the DTC errors?
Check the carburetor to make sure the choke butterfly is closing after you tap the gas pedal once, if not clean it with carb spray and all that linkage on the carb as well, it is likely just fouled ans stuck from gas residue.
