I have a 2001 jeep grand cherokee losing antifreeze no leaks.

This is a hands on diag. If no leaks can be found then the coolant has to be going out the tailpipe. Chances are you have a cracked head or a cracked block. New gasget only temporarily sealed the crack. But then we are just guessing.

Adjust fan belt 1998 grand cheroki

there should be a tensioner pulley (smaller one). Free the bolt that holds the pulley(usually 12mm), then tighten the belt with another bolt that's located behind the pulley.

Would like to replace the power sterring fluid pump and reservoir of Jeep 197 grand Cheroky. Needs pictures, tools, and steps. Thanks

If you don't have a power steering pulley puller, you won't be able to do it your self. That is the only special tool you would need.

2004 jeep grand laredo MIL(malfunction indicator light)

Yes it can be caused by low quality fuel, and your gas cap not being installed properly. Best bet is the gas cap, so take it off and screw it back on. Then take your vehicle to autozone and hook up diagnostics to clear your MIL.

2003 grand cheroki, overland 186000 kilometer

If you are buying from a dealer have it checked and inspected. If you are buying from a private seller ask to drive it and take it to Advanced Auto or another store and have the free computer check ran on it. If trouble codes pop up you may want to reconsider unless they are easy fix items. I myself had a 1996 Laredo and had minimal maitinence on it with 197k on the vehicle. Hope this helps. Stephen
