Nissan Pulsar lx 2000 anti-theft system

HI,

i just bought nissan pulsar lx 2000, it suddenly wont start, i am assuming its the anti-theft system,

i couldnt find any button saying anti theft in my remote, sorry im still new with this car, could please give me info about how to activate or deactivate this anti-theft system. Thanks a lot
