Will the ac compressor pulley from a 99 ford

Best way to find that out is to ask at a ford dealer repair shop what the part number is for both. If the numbers are the same, there's your answer. The part number may be on the pully.

Will the ac compressor pulley from a 99 ford

There is a possibility, but I doubt even a Ford tech would know that off-hand. If you can, get the used pulley, and compare it to what you already have on hand.

I have a 1994 ford taurus station wagon, the battery won't stay charged, the confusing thing is that the inside panel and door light works

you have a faulty alternator by the sounds of it, try this simple test, : test the voltage of the battery with the vehicle off with a simple multimeter, it should read just over 12v then test it with the car running, it should read around 14-14.5 volts if it still only reads 12v then your alternator needs replacing.

I want to add freon 1997 ford taurus wagon

If u look under the hood on the passenger side u will see two lines comming from the AC compressor, follow the larger of those two lines back to the firewall behind the engine, near where it goes through the firewall to the inside of the car u will find a charging port.
