Lower right hand side on front of engine just above the a/c compressor it is held in place by 2 10mm bolts it is a duel pulley tensioner with 1 smooth pulley and 1 grooved.

Climate control is dead on 2004 2wd ford diesel excursion


I have this problem from time to time, usually associated with moisture. All I have to do is turn on the headlights and the climate control comes back to life. Hope this helps.

Yes there is a drain. It takes an allen wrench to get to it. it is a round set screw that is black.
