This is a great website for all Murano owners. I've you've got a problem, it's highly likely somebody else has had that same problem and can tell you what you need to do.

SOURCE: 2005 Nissan Maxima SE Fog light replacement

jorgeva: on the driver's side to gain access, you must remove the air cleaner assembly. At that point, you can see the back of the light which has a plastic cap. Rotate this "counter clockwise" and you can pull it back from the back of the lamp housing. From there you will see how the bulb it self is plugged in, which is obvious. Unplug it. There is a "spring "like latch retainer to hold the bulb in place. Unlatch it, remove the bulb and install the new bulb.
CAUTION!!!!!!! DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS AREA OF THE NEW BULB! Only handle the rear section. Reassemble in the reverse order.
The right side will require the removal of the windshield washer tank.
I trust this will have answered your question. If you would, let me or FIXYA know if I have solved your problem......

you need to remove the splash panel under the bumper around the fog light area. you can then reach up and the bulb should twist out. its a little tricky and hard on the wrists.

Trying to replace the fob light bulb on drivers side

You can gain access to the fog light by removing the screw and clip from the front portion of the fender liner of the wheel well. I believe on that model you may have to remove the fog light to get to the bulb. It is held in by a couple bolts through the bumper from the back side.

Fog light bulb replacement

This bulb can be replaced without removing the washer fluid reservoir. There are 3 screws that go through the bottom edge of the bumper cover into the right inner fender guard. Remove these screws and pull the inner fender down to gain access to the back side of the fog lamp and remove the bulb.
