My 1995 cadillac deville feels like it misfires or stalls while driving. It had a p041 code. Replaced ignition control module and still the same problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

check for low fuel pressure /faulty pressure regulator
run the fault codes and check for faulty ECM and ignition control module

The powertrain control module (PCM) doesn't like the information it is getting from the ignition control module (ICM), and the PCM controls shifting, traction control, etc.If these are the only codes you are getting and the car moves, then you could assume the sensors connected to the ICM are working properly. That leaves why the PCM thinks there is a problem. I would certainly replace the ICM first, and then if the problem still exists, the PCM.

Check the fuel pressure. It should be around 45 psi.

P0041 is O2 sensor reversal. Check the back 2 O2 sensors on the exhaust pipes. Is it possible someone put the connectors on the wrong sensors? Try swapping them to see if it clears the code. It may take a day or 2 for it to clear. If it doesn't clear, please rescan and get back to us with any new codes.

I have a similar issue with a 94 DeVille. Runs for a while then shuts down. Fuel pressure is good (I drove around with a pressure gauge attached and it still shut down with no drop in pressure). I've replaced the idle control and ignition module - no improvements.
I too have code P012 showing which to (potentially) the crank position sensor - which I can't seem to locate.
Any luck on your issue?

Sir if the check engine ligh is flashing that indicates a PO300 code which is a missfire code. To determine which cylinder you will need a scanner to find out. The problem could be a failed sparkplug, a failed ignition module for that bank, a failed injector. At any rate it will require trouble shooting to diagnosis. Wish I could help more. Thank you

The engine is losing ignition timing.
It sounds like the ECM (Electronic control module). It is responsible for ignition timing.
Inspect it / replac eit.
