SOURCE: How do I remove the
Take off your door caseing you will have to remove things like speakers and armrest and switches if seperate from door caseing and the window motor will be bolted to a mount inside the door. You may need someone with small hands to undo the bolts, and take the wireing loom off the motor first if you can as you don't want to brake a wire to the motor. It is also a good idea that when you do get to the motor removal to prop your glass up with a small piece of timber or something else small so your glass does not drop down to far to make reinstall easier. Your motor is seperate from the toothed arm that makes the window actually go up and down so ubolt it from this inside the door if at all possible as to put this back in can be a pain. Motor mount bolts may even be under the door behind door seal depending on door style.

You will first need to remove the plastic piece behind the inner door handle that you use to pull the door shut with and there should be a 10mm bolt inside there behind the insulation. The plastic cover behind the inner door lever handle will need to come out. It's only in with clips. Remove the reflective lens on the end of the panel and you will see a phillips head screw inside. It's a long screw so be ready for many turns to get it out. Next, your power window controls will need to come out and they are only snapped into place but be careful with them because plastic prongs can be broken off if not pried out in the right direction. The same goes for the door lock switch. Unplug both once out. You will also see a triangle plastic piece (can break easily) towards the front top side of the panel. Make sure it clears it's way out when removing the panel. The rest of the panel is held up with downward facing plastic clips. Sounds hard but really it's all pretty simple. Study the back of the panel before putting it back on and take your time.

First you need to remove the door handle and window crank by pushing back the ring and releasing the handles. Also the arm rest will have screws into the steel door frame that must be removed. The panel itself has plastic snaps that are pushed into holes in the doors steel frame. The trick is to slide a pry bar or even two is better, one on ether side of the clip and force the pin out. You need to be patent and do one at a time. The door panels are made of a less than hard strong material and will brake apart easily especially if they are older. The clips go all the way around the lower three sides and the top will lift off the sill.
