There is a plug in wiring harness available for your vehicle. The part is #118355 if your vehicle is a 99-2005. The part is #118396 if your vehicle is the SV6 from 2005-2008.

They now make custom plug in wiring harnesses for most vehicles. Cost? Around $30.00.
Only takes a few minutes to plug in, no cutting or splicing.
Here's an example of the one for your Montana

You can check with your local autoparts store to see if they have them in stock

I have a 2008 nissan Titan. I have the Delphi harnass hooked up but when I plug in the harnass to the trailer I have running lights only. No brakes or turn signals. Do I need to do something with the blue...

Check for the tow relays in the under hood fuse box. Black box behind the battery on the passenger side. Do a web search for 'titan tow relay' for more info.

Where do i feed the wires through to wire up the towbar on a 1997 honda crv?

If you have a wired tow hitch on your car you will need to mate this to the wiring harness on the tow bar. If the two wired units do not match then you will either need an adapter or will need to rewire the tow dolly or the car. If the car doesn't have a tow light unit installed you will need to install one that will mate to the tow bar light unit.

I hope this helps - please rate me

Trying to install wiring kit for trailer on a 2003 chevy malibu

On the trailer plug
Yellow= Right turn/brake
Green= Left turn/brake
Brown is marker lights
white is the ground.
You might want to check with a parts store to see if a "hoppy" plug is available, it plugs into the factory harness and make it much easier and neater. Lee

Where do i find the wiring adapter for the lighting wiring for a tow hitch

You may have a tow hitch but no wire harness? You gotta buy a trailor wire harness kit and may need a professional to hook it up because there are a lot of wires to deal with. Normally the hookup it mounted near the hitch it self, but my guess is you don't have one.
