Try blowing the switch out with compressed air moving it from every position. If this fails, replace the switch. Frankster016

SOURCE: Windshield sprayer won't work
when you turn on the sprayer you should hear a pump motor running, try this with the engine off and key on so u can hear better. if u dont hear the pump then check the fuse if its ok then u will need a new windshield washer pump. if the pump is running when u activate it check for a leak in the lines. if you hold the washer button down long enough and the pump is running then you will see washerfluid leaking from somewhare. have hood raised when doing this so you can see better.

SOURCE: windshield wiper sprayers
Make sure it has window washer fluid in it and when you go to spray it on the window see if you can hear the pump running . If the pump is not running you may have a bad connection are the pump is bad.
