If the transmission is the 3 speed auto, just Dexron 2 or 3.If it's the 4 speed overdrive trans,it should use Mopar fluid(buy at the dealer) that is highly friction modified,or use Dexron 2 or 3 and LubeGard highly friction modified fluid supplement. The worst that can happen if these fluids aren't used,is harsh shifting, sometimes upshift shudder, and downshift bumps. These symptoms really don't damage anything, but are extremely annoying.

How to add power steering fluid in a 1993 dodge dynasty?

Open hood, look for fan belts on front of engine. Look for device with large pully. That should be the power steering pump. It should have a cap on the top. Remove the cap. It will have a short Dip stick to measure fluid level. This is also the fill neck.

Dodge Dynasty 1992 - where under the hood is the opening to add transmission fluid?

Not an expert on all cars....but typically you use a transmission funnel and you add fluid through the same tube that the dipstick that you check the fluid level with is in. Hope this helps.

Transmission slipping

You have a problem with the bands in the transmission. They will need to be adjusted to correct the problem. Also have the transmission filter changed with new transmission fluid. Check the fluid level in transmission first,if low add fluid and test drive. If its the same as before you will need to go to a transmission place to have the bands adjusted to correct the problem. Hope this will help you.

Hi i have a 91 dodge dynasty and im having transmission troubles

Try changing the fluid. A bottle of lucas on old fluid (assuming it is) won't do anything except cause more problems. Adding an additive that cleans to dirty fluid will cause varnish in the system and possibly cause transmission failure or lose of reverse etc. To sound a bit elementary confirm the level on level ground with engine and tran warm. Hope this helps
