The insurance company and Body shop are liable for the completion of repairs to prior loss condition. Have the shop send the car to the dealer and have it diagnosed. The dealer is the one that can diagnose it the best. Body shops aren't usually tooled for that type of repair. A quick scan by the dealer should diagnose the problem. The Body Shop should guarantee the work completed and if the shop was a DRP shop than the Insurance company is also on the hook. Make them fix it right.

Where are the front impact sensors fitted

Usually (several) either right behind the bumper, or (in the case of a single sensor type) in the center of the front metal framing just behind the bumper). Look for wires leading in that direction.

Where is the airbag module located on my 2005 nissan murano. is it in the steering column?

There is no module for air bags .
There is a fuse its not something that needs sensors unless their is an impact witch their are sensors for but not a signal module. because its a federial mandate and their several impact points on vehclies.

2096 Honda Odyssey had rear end collision. I was parked and car hit left rear middle/rear pretty hard. had to replace the reinforcement beam, bumper. Lift gate etc. picked up the car and the check engine...

If the tailpipe got jammed in the wreck there is a chance that it damaged an O2 sensor lead. I would contact the insurance company and see if they can amend the estimate to cover the repair.

Replacing a 2011 Edge collision sensor

First make sure the battery is disconnected to avoid blowing out your air bags. Next replace the offending collision sensor, it should be located on the radiator support, you may also need to remove the front bumper cover to gain access. If the vehicle was in a collision and that is the reason it's being replaced, then make sure you also check wiring for any damage as a short can cause the airbags to go off again unexpectedly and cause injury or damage to the vehicle.

After replacing the faulty part, clear the code(s) from the BCM.

Srs light on 1999 pajero 3.2 di

they are not really relays, they function as relays but are actually impact sensors for the srs system and are mounted on the steel part of your front bumper, or first cross member under the front of the car, they are called impact sensors.
in a hard collision they trip and send current to the explosive charge that inflates your airbags (short explanation )

I was just involved in a head on collision with a tree, And i drive a 03 toyota tacoma and im very shocked that the airbags did not deploy,, And i definetly totalled the truck,,any answers would be...

I does not take much to wrinkle the steel. And vehicles are built with impact zones that are designed to crumble in order to absorb an impact.
Also hitting a tree, as long as there was no give, the air bags should deploy if you were doing 15mph+. If you hit a movable object like rear end a car it would be more like 30mph. But is not an exact science either. Say you were doing 30mph when you hit the tree. Did you brake just before impact? The speed would have been reduced by the time you hit the tree.

Then look at how that truck is built. Its a tin can. Its much less sturdy up front because it is a body on a frame. A uni-body would be stronger up front that that Toyota. The bumper is near nothing, not much of a radiator support, weak aprons. They just are not built like a Tonka truck. With all that stuff giving in there may not have been enough energy left to trigger both impact sensors.

There should be at least two sensors. One up front and one inside the cab (the cab sensor may be inside the airbag brain). Both sensors need to be triggered to activate the air bag. Also the impact needs to be from a straight head on to about a 30 degree angle left or right.

I have worked on a lot of Toyota trucks (fleet vehicles/delivery) over the years in the body shop. I have seen how weak they are up front and how easily they will bend.
"Oh what a feeling.....Toyota"

Where is the sensor for the airbag on a yukon 2005 located at on the truck

Front Airbag sensors are located on the radiator support beam behind the bumper. In this video, you can see them. You don't need to remove the bumper - they just have it off to let you see where they are. Should be able to see them if you climb under the truck.
