You should have plenty of salvage yards in that area the you might have to search alil to find the part . iknow of places in dallas/fort worth area. yes u can remove your cruise control on your celica (sept #1 take out or disconnect the cruise control cable on the throtle body then disconnect the wiring harness on the cruise control unit and if theres a vacum hoses connected just plug main vacum supply hose and your cruise control is already disable
Im not sure if your code P1692 acts the same way as a Toyota Celica GT-S, but I read a forum in Newcelica.org in which the solution was an oil pressure switch located on the driverside of the engine nearest the battery, it MIGHT be, dont quote me on it as the 1zz and 2zz engine setup is different. Go to Newcelica.org and type in code P1692 in the search box and you will be able to find forums from ANYONE and EVERYONE who has experienced this problem, im suffering from the same code! lol, good luck
your best bet is to have a mufflershop repair the hole. as far as the rear deck lid . you can go to a salvage yard to get a used and repaint it or go to a dealer,however at the dealer it will be pricey.
