You more than likely have a faulty ignition module that is located in the steering column. this might be a dealer only item. so it will be a little expensive. unfortunately you should not attempt to replace this your self. you have an airbag to contend with and if not careful you could set it off. i would suggest you have a qualified technician install the module. I hope this is helpful.

I have a 2002 Cadillac DTS. The right headlight is out when the ignition is on. However, it will come on when I unlock the car with the remote! But not if the car is running when I click the remote. A

Each headlight lens assembly has two bulbs - did you check both? These bulbs are used independently in different ways depending on the commanded tasks [e.g. unlocking car, car running during daytime with running lights (if equipped), headlights on (auto or manual - low or high beam)].
If both bulbs check out, I would replace them one at a time anyway just to be sure. It is not uncommon for a bulb to show a good resistance reading with a multimeter and then go open under full load. Also verify the bulbs and the wiring harness connector are seating properly.

Headlights stop working on chevy silverado

Headlights are one of the few circuits that work weather the key is on or off, so battery power goes to the distribution center, then to the switch, then to the lights. If your fuses are good then make sure you are getting power to the switch. If so, make sure you are getting power through the switch. If the switch is good, make sure you are getting power to the light and that you have a good ground.

My 2004 f150 wont start. i drove it to the store and everything worked fine. when i came out of the store, the truck won't start. when i turn the key nothing happens. i can hear a clicking noise coming...

I would check your battery. I would also look for loose grounds. The clicking you hear is your fuel pump turning on. I would check your battery voltage and, have the battery load tested.

My car will not start my lights, radio work its not the battery. I recently replaced the starter, the altenator, battery, fuel pump catalyic converter. when i turn the key there is no noise it won't...

Sounds to me like the starter or starter relay, OR did you check all the fuses? When the starter doesn't click or turn over the engine it is likely a problem with it or the power supply to it. Start with the easy thing. check the fuses, then the relay.
The P0300 is usually caused by something other than the spark plugs or coils. A fuel/oxygen sensor can cause this code. I would say that doesn't have anything to do with not starting.
Good luck.

My truck won't start. It won't turn over... only clicking noise.. even with a jump. the headlights work but very dimly.. orange lights next to headlights flash on and off dimly consistently as well...

When a battery is very low, even a jump won't work because the battery takes too much out of the jump. Take the battery out and have it charged up.
If it won't take a charge, get a new one.
But also make sure the battery terminals and cable ends are shiny and greased.

If you really want to be sure, put a voltmeter on it.
A good battery should be 12.5.
When you crank it should go down to about 10.
If it goes below 9, either the battery is too low, or the starter is draining too much.
If it never goes below 11, it is not draining enough, and the solenoid is probably bad.
If when you stop cranking, it comes back up to over 11, then the battery is good, so the starter is probably bad.

I turn on the headlights and the dash lights and the tail lights dont come on, is this a fuse or is the headlight switch bad?

Okay first check your fuses ensure I turn on the headlights and the... they are good. Otherwise most lights are dim through the turn signals switch. Especially with tilt wheel over time due to the use of the tilt wheel the wires Bend and break you will need to gain access to the steering column by removing the panel to the steering column a test-light will determine where power starts and ends.
