I had the same problem.  Took it in and they had to replace the rear door/cargo door actuator and latch to the tune of $400.

2007 yukon, lift gate will not open electrically or manually?

You should still be able to open itmanually? Unless the lock is not functioning. There may be a plastic plug that pops off on the inside of the liftgate panel so that you can open it. You have to remove the plug and then move the lever with a screw driver. All that being said most likely have some broken wires in the boot at the top of the liftgate where it connects to the body. These wires tend to break from constant flexing when the liftgate is opened and closed. Either way you have to get the liftgate open to inspect them

Back door won't open , other doors open with external device and door buttons and can't open back glass

{: ) Check the ECC fuse at the I/P fuseblock. Also make sure that all doors are in unlock position.

The most common cause for this type of problem is an inoperative liftgate actuator. If ypu are to replace it, it comes as an assembly. You will be replacing the liftgate latch assembly.

Next cause of it will be the wirings, the lower actuators, and module signals which is very seldom to occur.

I found this URL on the internet http://www.chefseattle.com/blog/site-news/suburban-rear-liftgate-wont-unlock-how-to-fix/ that might fix your problem. Also consider doing my fix rear wiper how to tip for 2005 Tahoe before that fails, while panels are removed.

My 2006 Yukon liftgate does not lock with the other doors. Can someone help me? Thanks!!

It is probably the actuator inside the tailgate. I found this URL on internet http://www.chefseattle.com/blog/site-news/suburban-rear-liftgate-wont-unlock-how-to-fix/ Although not your problem, it will assist you in panel removal and actuator repair or replacement.
