We drove the van and it ran fine. Parked it for couple hours and then on the way home I noticed the RPM's jumping and the van slightly lurching. It continued in OD and also in D2. The slower the speed the worse it is. I am having a really hard time finding anything online. The only thing I found is that the CV drive axles are a common problem. Could it be that or a deeper transmission issue. I have no codes popping up. The trans fluid is in the operating level however it's not red like I thought it would be. Looks more like new oil?!? kind of a light brownish color. Doesn't smell burnt though.

code p0320 refers to cam shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor--circuit malfunction=== causes --wiring--CKP/RPM sensor ---ECM
because the engine runs ok until it is on cruise control I would be investigating the RPM sensor for a fault
The cruise control takes its control from the RPM sensor and if that circuit is interminable the the cruise control doesn't know what rpms to maintain.
I Think Your Problem Is Still With The Fuel Supply,Have You Changed all Fuel Filters,Follow All The Fuel Lines Make Sure There Are No Kinked Fuel Hoses,Some Times You Find Small Filters In The Top Of The Fuel Injectors. Hope This Helps
I think you should check your battery and alternator. If they both check good you may have a battery draw, something draining the battery over night.Check your doors make sure they are closing like they should.
