Check the belt that goes to the Power steering pump, if its tight and not slipping, your pump itself may have gone out, remove the belt and see if there is any play in the pulley as you turn it, and wiggle it side to side and top to bottom

It sound like the blower wheel of the blower motor is rubbing the inside of the housing (the smoke). Sounds like the blower wheel rubbing may have burned the inner plastic housing or has come off of the motor shaft inside. Take the blower motor and wheel back out and inspect everything closely I think you will find the problem.

Steering hard /loosing pwer at 40-55mph

Take the car in for a new serpentine belt and tensioner right away before you destroy the engine. The alternator, power steering pump and waterpump are not turning right now because the belt has come off. The battery will die soon because it is not charging, and the engine will overheat and perform it's own little rendition of the china syndrome. When the red warning lights in the dash come on, it generally means; park it unless you're being shot at.

Noise coming from front of car

It sounds exactly like a wheel bearing problem. The right side its seems would be the problem. When you turn right it puts more pressure on the bad bearing making it louder. I would suggest replacing both. If on is gone the other one isn't far off. Hope this helps

When making turns I hear a rubbing sound. It makes me think I may need power steering fluid, but it is full. The tires are not rubbing against anything either

Thisis a common problem, it is cause by air bubbles in the steering system. Raise the car front and put jacl stands,Be sure the tires dont touch the ground. engine not running turn the steering wheel fullleftand right for ten times. You must go full left to right or viceversa for ten ties/this will solve it
