Question about 1988 Pontiac Grand Prix

Fuel problems I have an 92 Pontiac Sunbird le we were driving down the road when it just died, it would start then die with in a couple minuets. I changed the fuel filter, fuel pump but still the same problem. I have tried to find on the net a component locator manual to what else could be wrong inthe fuel system, but have had no luck yet. could you give me some suggestions on where to look next?

I have a 92 pontiac sunbird le 4cyl 207000 miles and driving home today the abs light in the dash just started flashing any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

When your abs light comes on it means that something is wrong with you ABS system. Sometimes the abs sensor get durty and can make the ABS light come on in the dash.

My 92 sunbird will run untill it starts to get warm and then just dies. I when I try to start it after it dies and the car will just keep turning over and wont start. it sounds like the fuel pump doesn;t...

thers a oil psi senser that wont let the fuel pump run at low psi when the car worms the psi gos down ,the fuel rely only runs the pump for about five sec as a primer then the oil psi senser takes over thirs a plug righi behind the oil fliter for the senser ,un plug it and put ajumper wire across it as a test ,you may need a oil pump

My truck 99 ford ranger died while driving down the road

fuel filter usually dont cause it to die and not start back, thay usually cause rough running. see if your fuel pump is running by getting in and roll up all windows so as quite as possible then cycle the key from off to run and lisen for the pump to run for 2 to 3 seconds should be a faint buzz sound if no sound is heard then replace the fuel pump relay, if no help probably going to need fuel pump
