It isn't specified. There is more than one fuse that covers transmission. You would need an auto electrician or a transmission expert to connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose if the switch or solenoid is faulty. Is there a red light on in the instrument cluster when the truck fails to start? If so, then the security system is setting a code that shuts down the starting system because it sees the truck being stolen. May want to check for security system trouble codes.

Sounds like you need a reputable mechanic with a good code reader to check it out. It could be an O2Sensor, I would almost bet on that one, but could be many other sensors as well. O2 sensors emit low voltage signals and if one is weak or bad it will act like the Cat is bad. make sure the wires are plugged in all the way, possibly one is loose from when they installed the new cat. Hope this helps. Hard to diagnose with out the vehicle here to hook up my code reader to.

this may be under warrenty, have you talked to dealer? this is not a fuse problem it is cluster or module related takes in depth look with alot of reference material. did you check for trouble codes? let me know !!!
