Mitsubishi Galan 1999, When I started driving it today it was smooth, drove just 2 minutes and suddenly car started stuttering and Service Engine Light came up. Now when I start car the voice is good but when I put in the gear and give acceleration it stutters. The sound is not good and car has little vibration. What could be wrong?

You have a misfire under load the fix will require a coil plug wire and sparkplugs

The main purpose of the check engine light for all cars is to protect the catalytic, becuase you are misfire under load its up to the car and how badly your misfire is if you are less than 12 miles go ahead and drive the vehicle.

The engine management system has been alerted by one or more sensors of a malfunction and that has caused it to turn the service light on. It could be a number of things that caused it, but without knowing why, we would only be guessing. You need to have an OBD II diagnostic scan run on your Galant to determine what DTC codes have been set by the engine computer. If you can do that, and report back here with the code numbers i will continue to help, but we need those codes.

A typical code will be 2-3 letters letters followed by 2-3 numbers.... P0401 for example.

What does the MIL code "PO 320" mean, please?

code p0320 refers to cam shaft position (CKP) sensor/engine speed (RPM) sensor--circuit malfunction=== causes --wiring--CKP/RPM sensor ---ECM
because the engine runs ok until it is on cruise control I would be investigating the RPM sensor for a fault
The cruise control takes its control from the RPM sensor and if that circuit is interminable the the cruise control doesn't know what rpms to maintain.

Make sure your system is charged properly. Also make sure your cooling system is properly clean and filled up to max levels. Sometimes low freon or old cooling system fluid will cause a delay in the A/C to work. Also chech to see if there is any black powder around your A/C clutch, if so, this is a sign that the system is about to go out of service. You can get a great deal on the part from Amazon.

I have esteem car model 1999 my car is smooth running sudden engine stop , enging not start again and after 3 minutes engine will be start so what is the problem plz tell me

which of the 2 engines, 1.6L or 1.8l, (radically different)?????
engine stalls.
top cause, no service, a tuneups skipped, ever do the 60k tuneup?
per the operators guide?
if it dont start, for 3 mins.
its either
1: flooded (use WOT cranking to unflood any engine)
2: lost spark,. do the std, spark tests.
3: plugs fouled (tuneup?)
4: lost fueling.. no fueling at all and TEST FUEL (spraycan) works for 3min run and dies, sure lost fuel.

I would start with checking the computer for trouble codes.
Sounds like a bad connection in the dash wiring or key switch, but the trouble code might steer you in the right direction.

When i push the gas it stalls and stutters

Disconnect the battery and let the computer reset. Do the issues go away? If so, then it is related to something that the computer is learning during driving. Narrowing that down can take a LONG time, even for a certified automobile technician.
