Jumper cables were used incorrectly on my gs300. The battery was replaced and now the horn blows and the lights flash. Now the car will not start. I was told to replace the main fuze. Which one is it...

You need to lock the car up. And then open it with the key and then put the key in the ignition and turn it on. This should reset the security.
