The only way to accurately set alignment is with an alignment machine. An experienced alignment man can make a "ball park" adjustment using string and a long ruler, but that is close and not perfect.
All front end components need to be tight and not bent. On your car, you only have camber and toe in adjustment but it also needs to be matched to the rear wheels for best results. Bottom line....you need to have a professional put it on a machine.
