Question about 1992 Toyota 4Runner
#1 first of all make sure the lock out button is not activated, for child safety. #2 I would get a cheap tester light and make sure you are getting good power at the controller and at the motor. Also check your ground you might have a bad ground. If none of these tips work you can hot wire the motor to make sure you got a good one but you need to know witch slots to put the jumper wire in to test it out . Find a Friend who knows how to do it and seek help. Hope that helps. Debby
