Question about Dodge Dakota
Have you checked the power going to the radio?
First check the fuse in the block.
If it's an aftermarket radio, it may also have an inline fuse for the power.
You can cheak for power by using a simple 12v circuit tester.
Once you establish it does have power going to it, then check across the system to make sure it is grounded correctly.
After that, then I would start looking for anti theft disables.
