i can see you are using the wrong scan tool that does not do transmission codes from jeep. 700 means , see all those other trans codes you are misssing

P0700 is a Transmission code which is usually followed by a second code. You can start by checking your transmission fluid level. Also double check to see if you have another code besides the P0700.
Immobiliser fault, disconnect battery from poss terminal for 15 seconds, reconnect battery close hood and doors lock car with fob wait 20 seconds open car and start car.
p0700 is pretty much the generic code for saying the computer that controls your transmission has a problem, it may not be the actual computer its self, but one of its sensores, or a bad wire, i would recomend taking it to a reputable transmission shop
its a generic transmission trouble code. must see a dealer or high-end shop to be able to narrow down and diagnose. remember there are generic and manufacturer specific trouble codes, generic only tell you what system has a malfunction, not whats wrong. hope this helps you
