In my 2001 accord, there is a sticker inside the glove box that has a 5 digit number across the top. This number is the radio code. I recently had the same problem and called a dealership and they told me where to look.

If you have the code but have run out of error tries, simply disconnect the battery for a minute and it will reset your tries.

Honda's radio anti-theft system has a code that is unique to each radio. This code is supplied to you when you buy the car in the owners packet, if you don't have the packet call the Honda dealer they may be able to get the code using your car's VIN number.
