Question about 1994 Dodge Intrepid
Check the starter solenoid and also the starter relay if you remove the wiper relay and place it in the starter relay and it starts you need a new relay, also all of the relays for the intrepid are identical so you can use the wiper relay in the starter relay's slot i would recommend on label which was in the starter relay and if you switch them STARTER AND INTERMITTENT WIPERS and try your wipers if they work then its not the relay it might be the starter solenoid.
