2007 Tacoma, Two 12V power outlets on dash , power failure. can't tell which fuse to replace

Should be in the fuse box under the bonnet, marked "PWR OUTLET" 15A.

Repair

The IPM (Integrated Power Module) shows cavity #11 is the 15amp light blue fuse which powers this outlet, I would check there 1st.
The module has a black cover that snaps off for inspection.

Accessory outlet not working

After checking for voltage with the key in the accessory position, the wiring and fuse,
and also for dirt/corrosion/debris in the bottom of the socket, replacement turns out to be not too expensive and somewhat easy. Here's a how-to:

2006 Toyota Tacoma, power outlet/cig lighter not working

I am not sure about "fusible link", But the suggeation I can give you is to open dash or where the outlet is located and check the wires in the back of outlet with a light tester.

No power to cigarette lighter/power outlet (front & rear)..

Replace the 15 amp ACC fuse that is in the fusebox under the dash. See if this eliminates your problem.
