Could be a lose connection in the dash , more then likely . Who replaced the gauge an drive indicator ? The horn / cruise control /turn signals / radio all share a common ground point it looks like ,G203 G203
Behind upper LH side of I/P, near cowl
Maybe after gauge & drive indicator replacement connection became lose . None of these componets share a power supply (fuse) I can't send picture of the location of G- 203 sorry ! Instrument cluster would need to come out to see the ground .
how can you say that you have power going to the coil and lot leaving it and still say its good?
kinda answered your own question there i think
just my opinion...
hope this helps
Hello.
This a repair for a transmission shop. Sounds like the pumps are bad inside the transmission. Thats the worst option I have.
It also can be a poor shift linkage adjustment. And the last solution can be the speed module that tell the transmission when to shift.
Goodluck! I hope this helps!
Does Ford replaced the cruise control deactivation switch.

SOUNDS LIKE THE IGNITION MODULE HAS GONE OUT BY THE WAY THESE THINGS ARE NOTORIUS FOR FAILING THE FAILURE RATE IS AROUND 75% ANY WAY REPLACE IT AND THEN THE SPARP WILL RETURN.. IN MOST CASES ..HEY ITS A START ASK FOR A THICK FILM MODULE AT ANY LOCAL PARTS STORE IT IS LOCATED ON THE DISTRIBUTER GRAY,, TWO 6MM SCREWS AND A 6OR8 WIRE PLUG ..HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL
Are plugs and wires good? Did you check distributor? Firing order correct-timing set right? Maybe some of the new parts are faulty? Are grounds all secure and are fuses good?
