My 89 acura legend will not start it makes no noise when i try to start it it doesnt make any sound when i try to start it i checked all my fuses there all fine i pulled out my starter and had it checked it was fine i have a brand new battery and it still wont start i have power in my car but it doesnt turn over or make any noise what could it be????

I strongly suggest that you check or replace the positive cable going to the starter. It can be broken inside that's why there's no current going to the starter. I believe you'll be good after.

Fuel pressure for a 89 Acura
Your fuel pressure should be 35-41 psi with your vacuum hose disconnected from pressure regulator and you can attach pressure gage at the bleeder vent on top of the fuel filter make sure your pressue gage is intended for fuel not air.

89 acura legend won't start
My 89 had a bad Main Relay located under the dash. I re-soldered the connections and put it back in and the fuel pump worked (listen for itwhen your S3 is out). There may be a bad ground causing the lights to go on and off (ECU?).
