P0171 is Fuel System Too Lean (Cylinder Bank 1)
One of the most common causes of the code is a dirty MAF sensor. It is in the intake tube after the filter and before the intake manifold. clean it with ELECTRONIC CLEANER only!! If the code keeps coming back then you either have a vacum leak or the MAF sensor is bad.

When adding gas in the Jimmy gas is pouring out from line.

You best replace the filler neck so it wont leak, and operate properly. I do not think a vacuum, vapor lock has occurred.

Error codes P0171 and P0128. I put fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank but the engine light is still on. Any suggestions?

P0171 is a lean code indicating more air than fuel being burned in the engine. P0128 is refering to the coolant temperature being below operating temperature. Usually this is caused by a defective thermostat. There are many reasons for a lean code to develop. This code may be due to the thermostat not operating correctly. Have the thermostat replaced and clear the codes to see if P0171 returns. If it does, further diagnostics will be required

P0401 & P0171 Mazda Protege '02

It sounds like you may have an EGR valve sticking open. That can also cause the p0171 code, which means fuel system lean, and the p0401 which is insufficient EGR flow, kinda sounds like the valve may just be stuck open and not moving at all. replace the EGR valve.

2003 trailblazer v6 with codes P1133, p1028 & P0171 are these all related? And how serious is this? Whats the worst possible scenario? I'm buring alot of gas with a slight smell of gas?

I've had all these at the same time also. P1133 is your upstream 02 sensor, very easy, maybe 15 min to replace. p1028, is your thermostat reading a low temperature, replace this, or have someone replace it for you. P0171 is the downstream 02, difficult one to do if you're not mechanically inclined. Nothing horrible here, OK to drive, but if you want better gas milleage, get this fixed. The gas smell might be a different problem all togeher, there is a recall from a leaking gas tank.

I have a 2000 chevy commercial van. someone poked a hole in the gas tank to steel gas, now i cannt get my car to start. where is the place in the engine where i pour gas?

you could put fuel into the intake, near the throttle plates, but that is not going to help. I think something got broken in your tank, Fix that and you shoudl be able to start...

Trouble code P0171, P2195 Ford Focus

Even though your O2 sensor is showing good by your scan, it could be lazy in giving readings. It has less than a 10 second window to give the reading especially if it is a heated O2 sensor. Try a Bosch unit.
