What are the best spark plugs for my 1994 chevy caprice with the 4.3 liter motor.

Just get standred plugs wire plugs arn't going to improve the proformance .
If you want to do something that will help replace the wires cap and rotor you will feel a differance and generaly run better.

1995 caprice classic 5.7liter and it want crank no more after I replace the spark plugs and wires and icm why is that?

The spark plugs and wires have nothing to do with cranking the engine. Make sure your battery is charged up and all the connections are clean. Get someone to give you a boost if necessary. If you still get nothing you may need a new starter , or possibly ignition switch. If nothing happens when you get a boost your'e probably better to let a mechanic handle it.

Changed plug wires and found a black copper wire just sitting by its self near the distrbutor it has a connector cant find where it goes or what it was connected to i also fired up the motor and it sounds...

It may plug into the distributor cap, by where the red wire with the white connector goes, or it could be a ground strap, from the body to the back of the engine.

you need to check the distributor cap, and the plug wire for this one cylinder. Are you using the spark plug to test for spark? if so are you 100% sure it is a good plug?

How do Install a distributor on 1994 Chevrolet caprice

to instal the distributor you need to have number one cylinder on top dead center . on compression stroke. Then when you put the distributor in. and you need the rotor pointing at number one spark plug wire.. Drop it in and it will turn it might turn too much when you drop it so pull it back up and drop it in back a notch till it drops in pointing at number one spark plug wire on the distributo cap.. .. sometimes they wont drop in all the way so you have to hold down on it till someone turns the engine over to make it drop on down about 1/2 inch more. I guess first thing you should do is follow number one spark plug wire to the distributor and mark it down below the cap on the metal part of the distributor.. number one cylinder on a chevrolet is if your standing in front of the car with the hood open its the first one on your right. say holler if you have more... Jerry
