Question about 1995 Dodge Neon
Due to the sensitive nature of the cars computer systems, it is best left to a professional, But basically if you're set on doing it yourself, just look for the brainbox of it. It is usually under the steering column area and will look quite out of place (assuming it's an aftermarket alarm), as it will have a multitude of wires of various colors coming out in all directions. Just disconnect the harnesses from the brain and you should be good. If it has two wires labeled something like "Starter-key side" and "Starter- Motor side" you will need to join these together or your car will not start anymore.
