Question about 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan AWD
Blower runs on high speed floor when climate control power is turned off, when power is turned on you can control the location of the air but not the speed. Blower does turn off with the ignition or by pulling the relay.
If this vehicle has auto temp control the pssible cause for your problem is the power module for the atc

Sounds to me the resistor is shorting out

hello this depends alot of vehicles use the same relay for different things what you need to do is get a wiring schematic for your vehicle haynes usually has these at the back of there books you need to trace the wires in the book from your blower relay to see if anything else is tied into that relay then you will no for sure if it is strictly for blower only goodluck please rate
