The other day car died on me, car would start fine but no gauges, lights, power windows, air. But got home fine. Started checking all fuses, relays, everything. Car would start but no power on gauges etc. Took out the BFC BATT fuse, all gauges etc. come on but cannot start car now. Will not even turn over, put fuse back in, car will start but no power inside of car. What is the BFC and is it the same as BCM and could this be the problem

Body Function Control ( or computer) usually a 5 volt source that sends signals to individual places, Like gauges, have you replaced the radio recently? the BCM could have gone bad which regualtes what the BFC does,

2002 Ford F-350 super duty relays. Having trouble with power windows, radio, dome light and gauges. Wondering what each relay controls

You don't have any fuse panel relays that control any of these. Only fuses. You won't like this. But here I go. Windows, bad master switch, regulators/motors, or broken wires at the drivers door. Radio, most likely it died. Check the fuse..Dome light, If any light works in the dash, It is the light or a bad wire. No lights check fuse and wiring. Gauges are from the electronics. Can be from corrosion at the cluster panel plug or a bad PCM.

How do you know the fuel pump is good ? Did you do a fuel pump pressure test with a test gauge ? Did you test the fuel pump electric circuit ? Is the check engine light on ? There is a fuel pump relay under the hood engine compartment . The right front behind the headlamp are four relays , the one to the left is the fuel pump relay .I'll send a link to a video on testing the circuit !There also is a fuse in the wiring near those relays , it's power for the fuel pump relay ! Or you have a bad fuel pressure regulator ! A plugged catalytic converter could do this , need to pull the O2 sensor an do a back pressure Test ! You are throwing away money by replacing g parts that are likely just fine. Check for an ecu relay. My wife's 06 has an IPDM/ecu relay issue that will cause the vehicle to just die. It gets corrosion inside the contacts and cuts power to the computer. I had already purchased a spare for a couple dollars. Wife was close to home and car died, started back and was acting up. Swapped the relay in about 2 minutes and no issues since (several months now). Sometimes a small part can cause big problems. You can't just throw money at everything hoping to fix it. You need to do some research and troubleshooting.

2007 toyota corolla no lights, wont start

What did you plug in? I had a similar issue when I plugged in a high amp tire pump. It kept blowing fuses because the pump itself had a short. Be wary of using stuff like that in the cig lighter. I switched to a hand held pump. How was the computer found to be defective? I wonder if the cig issue shorted the computer?

sounds like the head or head gasket is blown. your cylinders may be getting coolant in them which will not only cause the motor to lockup, but also cause bent rods and valves. check your oil dipstick and transmission dipstick to see if it looks like water or coolant is presant, also check the coolant to see if it smells like gas or has any kind of oil in it, if so, your head is likely blown.
