How do I tell if the transfer case "lo" light is on in error. I push the lever to the "All Time 4 wheel drive" position. If it truly is in "lo" position, I understand that harms the transfer case.

If it really is in Lo you should be able tell as you will only be able to go half as fast as you normally do in any gear. some of jeep's lights are linked to the vacuum system and are a joke as well as hard to fix the lights on the dash. if it is not in Lo when you have the lever in all time, it wont hurt anything to drive it.

Where is the 4 wheel drive lever On this truck?

The 4 wheel drive lever on these Jeep are on the floor straight down from where the radio is. It just say hi and lo and N every jeep this year I have seen you cannot take out of 4wd just switch from HI or LO. If it don't have the leaver it is just a 2wd then and yes they did make just Rwd Jeeps.

Stuck in drive

The shifter cable that runs from the lever down to the transmission is most likely broken. You can move the lever on the transmission to put it in park.

Stuck in 4wd lo how to get back to 4wd high

Did you try backing up straight about 50ft. then try it again. Sometimes you build up drive line strain and there is so much pressure on the gears you can't move them. Backing sometimes relieves the pressure.
