My Factory Stereo quit working but the CD player still works, the fuses below are fine. Is there an inline fuse anywhere that could be the problem?

Be sure to check fuses. You may have a blown fuse. If have the owner's manual, check for fuse block diagram and check for one listed as radio. If fuse is at fault, may have loose wire that caused it to blow.

Wipers, radio and brake lights dont work. all fuses are good.

Some cars use a type of wire that blows like a fuse. These wires have a section that will sort of pinch in within the silicone or rubber case. Use a multi meter to find if some of them are blown. They are usually about one foot long, and placed quite close to the battery. They will look like any other red wire, but if you observe close you might notice the diameter change in one place on the wire.

Hopefully It is one of these wires. I do not know if that car has them, but many do. At least you can say you checked!

you may have blown an internal fuse on the radio. sometimes radios have an inline fuse on the red wire, located behind the radio. You must remove it to discover this problem though.

Your friend is right. To answer your other question these are two totally seperate fans but that does not mean that one fans fuse or relay did not affect the other. You should check your fuses and which ones, if any, are blown. It is likely that during your radio installation a bare contact touched something and blew the fuse(s). If the fuse is blown and, when you replace it and work your heater fan, it blows again then chances are your radio may have cut a wire upon sliding it in. Reply back to this post and let me know.

Radio turns on, but nothing else works, No scan, DV,Cassette, etc

This could be just a simple blown fuse. Try locating it and replacing it. If this does not work it may be a faulty radio. If it is i recommend not replacing with a factory one. These can be very pricy. You can buy one from walmart that is durable and cheap and then pay a shop to install it for about 30 bucks. Hope this helps

Radio

The car dash probably lights the radio dial so that it will dim down with the dash light dimmer. The radio light may still be switched on and off by the radio switch but its a separate circuit. Check the fuse for the circuit that powers the radio itself. It should have its own fuse. Its likely that the radio has failed and will have to be removed and checked on a bench but check the fuse and check the power and antenna connectors in the back of the radio as these sometimes come loose from vibration. Always replace a fuse with one of the exact same amperage, voltage rating, and time delay if any as the original. If a fuse is blown the cause may be internal to the radio or it may be a problem with the car wiring to the radio. If blown check the wiring leading to the radio for worn insulation near sharp edges in the dash.

Sounds like you have a wire touching metal. Make sure all the Radio wires are capped or tapped.
