Try looking at the vin plate inside the engine compartment. it should be the first set of three alphanumeric characters. the plate is exactly in the center right near the windshield.

Paint scratches showing white. How t on LEXUS RX330o fix that

If the scratch is all the way through the color coat, you'll need to go to http://www.paintscratch.com and get some touch-up paint. The paint comes in pens, small bottles and spray cans.
You'll need to get the correct color code for your car as well - the site has a guide where you can figure that out.

Someone scratched the right side of my car with a piece of glass how can I get that out without having to get it painted

Hi Suzette, If the paint has been damaged through to the metal, there are no short cuts. If it is the top layer of paint which has been damaged there is a Turtle Wax product that may help you. In the event of needing to 'touch up' paint from your dealer. There should be a color code on one of the tags under the hood (bonnet), which will give a matched color. Regards John

Paint issues with 2007 Outlander

There probably a whole batch of them from the factory that weren't prepped right for the final coat... I think it's a factory error. I would complain to the dealer and the company. I don't think they use any cheaper paint, and essentially use the same techniques in painting the vehicles.
