Question about 2001 Jeep Cherokee
Have you looked through the fuse cluster to see if maybe the fuse popped? In your manual should be a diagram of the fuse block with a listing of what fuse is for what circuit. Find the right fuse on the diagram and then check the appropriate fuse in the vehicle. That would be the first, easy check. If the fuse is good I would suggest testing whether the radio is getting power. You'll have to check the power wire plugged to the radio. If you don't know how to get to the wires or how to check, then maybe this problem is best left to a shop to fix for you.
