Car wont go out of park

My car worked fine yesterday but today when i started it it wouldnt go out of park can you help me

I got out of my car fora second now it won't come out of park and my brake likes don't come on.

Do the brake lights work ?
they probaly do not,there is a brake light switch on the brake pedal lever,there is most likley a broken wire at this switch.If wire is broken repair wiring.
If this is the problem and you are unable to repair your self,do not start vehicle,put key to run position,then pull shifter into netural,then start vehicle and now you will be able to drive to get repaired.Remember if this is your problem you have no brake lights,be careful.

Foot on the brake before you shift
Lift up lightly on the shifter and wiggle
If nothing pull the center console and check the shifter to see what is in the way

Sounds like you have one or both of the belts off by a tooth. Did u use cam locks to hold the camshafts in place. If it is a zero tolerance engine you may have messed a few things up.

Could be a lot of things I would start here. If the engine is shaking at idle or not it maybe the spark plug wires. easy way to check start the truck take a spray bottle and spray a mist on the wires to see if the truck runs worst make sure you stand back while doing this so you don't get shocked.

it simply sounds like your oxy sensor(s) are bad, maybe egr system, and or clogged catalytic converter. Yes it will be a little pricey. Sorry.

Looks like You got shortage in wiring harness. Check all the fuses, replace if needed and try to start. Take the car to good mechanic asap.
