Question about 1997 Dodge Intrepid
Sometimes upon turning the ignition key the blower motor will come on properly, other times it won't. Sometimes this coincides with the power windows not working. It has also started blowing after having been driven for a short time. I've checked the fuses, no problem there. I can't find a relay. I bought the Haynes book for the car, but no electrical diagram for this system. I haven't gone into the blower motor itself or any other under dash stuff.
You checked the fuses; did you actually remove them?
The cheap contacts on both the fuse block and the fuses themselves can corrode producing intermittent contact as you describe.
Especially check any that have to do with accessories; I think there may be one fuse servicing both of your problem items.
I would pull and reinstall all of them.
You may also have connectors that are going flaky.
