Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

2004 honda civic how to reduce fuel consumption

Drive slower, avoid jack rabbit starts & unnecessary braking, clean air filter, have tire pressures up to rating, remove heavy junk from trunk, drive with windows closed, don't use the AC, minimize stop and go driving, etc.

I owned 1300 cc belta car , the fuel consumption rate is 8.5 km/l in urban setting . Is it normal consumption rate? I think it a little high rate for 1300 cc

commenting on fuel consumption is like asking "how long should a piece of string be?". The variables to be considered are tyre pressures, size of tyres, width of tyres, tread patterns, wheel alignment, loads carried by the vehicle, climate temperature and conditions, driving techniques, traffic conditions, speeds travelled, use of gears to maintain correct torque range from the engine, electrical loads required from the alternator and terrain conditions
Some of the things that you can do to improve fuel economy include selecting neutral when stopped as this reduces the load on the engine at idle and the fuel setting is less, having your foot on the clutch loads up the thrust bearings on the crankshaft. An automatic is always trying to drive when stopped so by placing it in neutral when stationary allows the engine to idle at a lower fuel setting. run on standard size tyres and increase the air pressure around 4psi make for less rolling resistance from the tyres so the economy will be improved. Carrying as little as is necessary, (That includes driver and passenger weights) reduces the load on the engine--more economy.Using a cruise control were possible or reading the traffic conditions so that vast speed changes are required less so will improve economy. experiment with different octane rated fuels ( be wary of e-fuels) While you may be reading manufacturers sales rubbish about the expect fuel consumption of a particular vehicle remember that it is sales talk as economy is heavily dependant on engine/vehicle design and driver technique. Basically there is no one single thing to consider for fuel economy but ultimately it all comes down to the driver.

2005 dodgeram reduce engine power

Clogged Cat
Reduced Fuel Pressure
Clogged Fuel Filter
Clogged Air Filter
Bad Fuel Pump

This should give you a path to start troubleshooting. I would put my money on a Defective Fuel Pump..

2006 gmc w3500 gasoline 6.0 medium duty tilt cab reduced engine power

Yes the throttle and pedal sensor can do this, but doesnt reduce power,Your cam postion sensor reduces power and if you thing it gives a engine code,it doesnt have to,This sensor is back up by the crank position sensor,The location of this sensor is in the back of the cylinder head

I am having a Toyata Premio F 2007 and Fuel consumption is about 6Km per litre . How can I reduce the fuel consumption rate.

only use the first third of the gas peddle
use premium grade fuel(computer controlled engine will adjust for better fuel quality)
TURN OFF THE A/C uses about 25% of your fuel.
sorry to say this, but next time buy a smaller engine/body car (in england, if it dont do more than 45 mpg,as an average, the residual value is pants...)

I have a 97 Saturn SL, why would my fuel economy drop from 37mpg in the summertime to about 30mpg in the winter?

summer blended fuel and winer blended fuel many reasons for the two in spring/summer more cars are out driving so the fuel needs to burn more thoroughly to help reduce smog emmisions this is accomplished through a slower burn rate enssuring the most amount of fuel is burned which inturn is more power

Motors shaking an engians knocking bad

It may be due to lack of quality of the fuel you are using. Try good quality fuels having anti knocking agents (It is a gasoline additive used to reduce engine knocking and increase the fuel's octane rating. If the problem persists your engine is bad.

2003 yukon xl with strong knock and flashing check engine light on moderate acceleration

Here is an explanation of the "knock".

Abnormal combustion (Detonation)
When unburned fuel/air mixture beyond the boundary of the flame front is subjected to a combination of heat and pressure for a certain duration (beyond the delay period of the fuel used), detonation may occur. Detonation is characterized by an instantaneous, explosive ignition of at least one pocket of fuel/air mixture outside of the flame front. A local shockwave is created around each pocket and the cylinder pressure may rise sharply beyond its design limits. If detonation is allowed to persist under extreme conditions or over many engine cycles, engine parts can be damaged or destroyed. The simplest deleterious effects are typically particle wear caused by moderate knocking, which may further ensue through the engine's oil system and cause wear on other parts before being trapped by the oil filter. Severe knocking can lead to catastrophic failure in the form of physical holes punched through the piston or head (i.e., rupture of the combustion chamber), either of which depressurizes the affected cylinder and introduces large metal fragments, fuel, and combustion products into the oil system.
Detonation can be prevented by any or all of the following techniques: the use of a fuel with high octane rating, which increases the combustion temperature of the fuel and reduces the proclivity to detonate; enriching the fuel/air ratio, which adds extra fuel to the mixture and increases the cooling effect when the fuel vaporizes in the cylinder; reducing peak cylinder pressure by increasing the engine revolutions (e.g., shifting to a lower gear); decreasing the manifold pressure by reducing the throttle opening; or reducing the load on the engine. Because pressure and temperature are strongly linked, knock can also be attenuated by controlling peak combustion chamber temperatures at the engineering level by compression ratio reduction, exhaust gas recirculation, appropriate calibration of the engine's ignition timing schedule, and careful design of the engine's combustion chambers and cooling system. As an aftermarket solution, a water injection system can be employed to reduce combustion chamber peak temperatures and thus suppress detonation.

Hesitation on take off

Have you changed your Spark Plugs
Have you added any FUEL additives or Injector or octane boaster
Have you changed your OIL and put the correct weight
Have you changed FUEL (89 to 92) or the new FUEL reduced emission (EA40) i think that's what that is called sorry
Have you checked the Throttle Cable Tension (CARBRATOR) opens close the valve
