There is a slot to the right of the gear shift. All you have to do is put your key in this slot, push all the way in and this will release the gear shifter for park to any gear selected

I usually work on domestic cars, but I would think that the starter is not disengaging. You can have it checked at an auto part store, but it has to be out of the car. Will probably need to be replaced.

I own a 1995 honda accord ex 2.2L vtec, and it won't go into reverse no matter what I seems to be locked out. any ideas of what could have happened, and what I need to replace?

If you are unable to get it out of park and into any other gear including reverse check the brake pedal
switch. The brakes have to be applied on most automatics in order to get the car out of park.
The switch should be attached to the brake pedal
under the dash.

My ignition on my 94 accord won't turn what can i do

also could be your ignition tumbler itself, or your park neutral safety switch
to check park neutral safety switch refer to repair manual ex:haynes or chiltons in troubleshooting section its fairly cut and dry
if its your tumbler I suggest you have dealership check it and replace it its more comlicated
