Question about 1990 Nissan 300ZX
Check into the fuel pressure regulator - they're inexpensive and they're easy to change (right up on top of the motor, by the driver's side fuel rail - it's the small mushroom-looking device with vacuum lines going into it). If it's messed up, it'll give too little or too much pressure to the fuel rails and can either cause the troublesome starting or the flooding.
