Great!
P0171, p0174. That relates to lean, banks 1 & 2.....i assume you are driving a windstar? no information given here extept its a ford....the windstar was notorious for the intake manifolsd gaskets and isolator bolts losing their sealm causing a vaccum leak. if you drive a vehicle with 4.0 liter engine (ranger or exporer) check the pcv elbor on passenger front corner of engine..it is a bout a 3/4" hose...at the elbow it would be collapsed and leaking....most vacum leaks can be found by spraying carbuetator cleaner around intake and vacuum lines...the engine idle speed will flare up when you spray near the leak...hope this helps!!
Check
engine light comes on and off, these are indication that there is some
error code stored in your vehicles ECM. The engine module computer
needs to be scanned. These will give the code and as per the error code the
further problem can be detected and confirmed. The engine light
indicator blinks or remains steady on dash when engine computer
noticed any problem with any engine electrically operated components.
