What are and were the codes? Were the catalytic converters replaced? Sounds like the typical clogged cats. It could be the cats broke apart and clogging the exhaust system. My scanner tells me much.

Replace the cat back exhaust in a 2002 chevy blazer (S10)?

If there is no flange just in front of the cat then it has to be unbolted from the manifold, If this is not possible you will have to cut pipes and purchase sleeves to connect afterwards hope this helps.

1997 chevy blazer.it makes a loud rattle noise under the car when it starts, then when you start moving it stops it also dosent have the power it use to have.and it feels like its not getting enough gas

Rattle noise could be the catalytic converter is
broken up inside. If it is broken up inside and you are
not getting a check engine light you don't have to replace it.
Check exhaust system for broken or rusted pipes or hangers.

If you do replace the CAT do not use an after market replacement.
They work for a month than you will get a check engine light.
Been there done that.
Use OEM part.

Loss of power, check On board computer for Trouble codes.
Could be fuel pump, fuel injectors, exhaust system, ignition system.
