My dodge caravan 1996 stop on high way about 3weeks now and the mechanic told me brain box is the problem we try to get another box more than 11boxes he brought no one work and he said that the plug spark but the nusle dosn't open please i need your help

I had an issue where my backup lights stopped working. I was told to remove the IOD for 30 seconds, replace and test. Sure enough the BU lights returned! I see different values for the IOD, mine is a 20 amp in a 2003 Dodge Caravan SE, no electric anything and a 2.4L engine. Is this the correct fuse?

Check your fuses in the fuse box and the fusible link tied in from the positive battery cable for burnt wires.

You need a shop or the dealer to look at this, it is way over the head of a home mechanic.

The under the dash fuse box is under the far left (Driver side). What the professional mechanics here will not tell you is that there is a panel that needs to be removed. It has thumb screws (2). Remove those and the panel comes out. Now for someone like me that is 6Ft 3in. You can not get under the panel. You need to throw your legs over the driver seat and read upside down. Or you can try to put your body sideways along the front of the seats. In my case I may have to pull the driver side seat. Dodge engineers must of been idiots the day they designed the electrical system.

I think it's behind the glove box. You might have to pull the glove box out beyond the stops to access the panel

No as the speed sensor is a closed magnetic sensor.

FUSE BOX AT YOUR LEFT LEG UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL PULL PLASTIC COVER OFF NEXT TO THE HOOD LEVER

Google for Reburbished PCM and call the Florida company -- you can get a new PCM "Brain" pretty low cost and I bet will solve your problem.

normally it is under the hood on the passanger side or under the dash inside the van on the passanger side under the glove box

it could be, but there are other things to consider. first did you check the fuses? the connector plugs under the dash? the relays in the junction box under the hood? i would check these first and let me know of the results...
