Sound like you clutch release brg is out . you need to replace it along with a new clutch pressure plate and clutch disk and pilot brg. you will have to remove your trans to get at the clutch.

My cluch pedal went to the floor when i tryed to push it in well at a red light, theres no play in it now.it made a snap knoise when it happen.what do i do to fix it or what is it that went wrong..

well, im pretty sure your clutch is hydraulic. Have you checked to see if the rod that goes from the pedal to the master cylinder is still there or maybe out of position. If it dropped to the floor and didnt return, its most likely a failed master or slave cylinder for the clutch. Annoying to replace but cheap and worth it. Just make sure you bleed it properly.

Were is cluch sensor on jetta manual tra

I believe there is a switch on a lot of manual trans cars on the floorboard. This ensures that the clutch pedal is all the way down before the starter is engaged.( I am taking a guess here)

The hydraulic clutch stopped working. It won't shift. There is no pressure on the clutch whne you push it down.

The clutch hydraulic system is very small. Check the resevoir is full. If empty fill. Try clutch. Still problem ? Bleed the clutch slave cylinder at the trans bleeder. You dont bleed this clutch like brakes pumping up several times. Have someone push clutch to the floor and hold it there, then you open and close bleeder while keeping pedal to the floor. Check the fluid level every time you open/close the bleeder as this system is so small and will empty quick.

I like to know how to take off a cluch and motor fan and a z71

clutch and fan assembly are connected to the pump with four bolts. Have someone push down on the drivebelt so the pump pulley won't turn and break each bolt free, then remove the bolts.

Cluch stuck to floor.

Have you tried bleeding the master cylinder first? There should be a bleeder valve down on your tranny close to where your master cylinder line hooks in. You need 2 people to do this properly or you can buy a special valve from an auto parts store and do it yourself. If any air has gotten into your lines, your clutch will go to the floor. Tranny fluid is cheaper than buying both slave and master cylinders. Plus, if you replace them, you'll have to bleed the system anyway.
