The codee will tell you which tewo cylinf-ders are misfiring. One coil fire those two cylinders. Replace the coil for those cylinders per the engine code.
There are coil primay windings that you can't easuily measure. Measuring only the secondary winding is not a full check. If yoyu arte lucky, test all three and look for the coil that is not like the other two if you must. Better to repalce all three when this sort of thign begins to happen. And wiires and the plugs, too!
