God Forbid... who in the right mind would steal my gas guzzling freaking tuna boat, paint deteorating freaking car anyways?? But YES... this is my second go around with my chrysler. The first time round cost me about 500. give or take 50. either way. That total includes the tow home from Walgreens (after sitting there while I was sweating bullets wondering if it was going to be impounded, due to it's extensively long visit). 255. for the new Key Pod, 55. to have it towed from my house to the dealership to have it programed with the car. 65. for the Programing and if that wasn't enough, the mental anguish and total aggravation that it all cost me. (MENTALLY) .
Not even three weeks and one christmas shopping trip with my children and my key pod is Once again.......
    GONE.
If anyone knows anything, and I do mean anything that would help to alleviate my absolute frustration with this... please feel free to drop me a line of advice. I'm obviously not rich or I wouldn't have these issues, and YES... I have tried dang near every trick in the book. And Boy have I heard some doozies. lol
Thank You to all, and to all a car that wont age you before the world itself does its job.

The fuse for the alarm is under the hood. Give a good look and you should find it. Once you have pulled it it will deactivate the alarm I am not sure if this is exactly your problem since you said that the car wont start.... but it is worth a try.

How to install keyless entry?

I disagree. If you have a key that starts the car then the immobilisor is good. A new remote can be easily programmed, and a new key can too.

Lost keys for my mazda 3 2004

The only thing you can really do is go to the dealership with the VIN of your car, and he can get you new keys. They're going to be expensive, though. You don't have a keyless entry? If you did, you could find a way to turn your car on through fumbling with the ignition, but, you may ruin it, not a very wise choice.

Is the igntion key code and the keyless remote code the same if so where can i find it looked under trunk

You do not say what kind of vehicle and why the dealer could not issue a new key using the VIN. I know of no manufacturer that writes down the codes anywhere in the vehicle. The keyless entry is controlled by it's own module and is verified by the main computer. The ignition key carries the code on it, and is verified by the ignition module. A good locksmith shop should be able to make keys for you.

Your solution is to contact the nearest Hyundai Dealership to acquire new remote(s) and have their Service Department program the new remote(s) to your vehicle.

Lost my remote keyless entry remote for my 2002 sedan honda accord. i was looking for a way to get into my car without my car alarm going off. or if i could remove the alarm fuse so this stops completely

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. You may be able to call a locksmith that can get inside the car or tell you how to without setting the alarm off. That is very hard to do. You can always call the dealership and get one made. Even the locksmith may be able to make you a key. If you had a slap jack, you could probably get it done. You may be able to borrow one at the local police office. They may be able to come out and do it for you to. But as long as you have the VIN number, you can get a key from the dealership. You might be able to reach the door with a metal coat hanger. You can slide it through the door and if you bend it right, you can unlock the car.

  • Have a seat in your Honda and close the doors, but make sure they are unlocked.

  • 2

Turn your ignition key to the "On" position, labeled by two lines (II). Press the "Unlock" button on your keyless remote. Turn your ignition key to the "Off" position.

  • 3

Repeat the procedure three times, and then turn the ignition key to "On." Immediately press the "Lock" button on your keyless entry. Listen for the doors to lock, and then unlock to signal that you are in programming mode.

Press the "Lock" button on the keyless remote, and then turn the ignition to the "Off" position to confirm.

    New key?

The dealership can use the vin number to make you another key. You shouldn't have to have the keyless remote key. You can get a regular key.
